Y <br />Page 17 <br />Orange County Health Department <br />State Prison Unit 4240 <br />made on a quarterly basis as collected. The quarterly amounts will <br />vary because of varying amounts from the prison program. <br />2. The Health Department shall continue to provide supplies, utilities <br />and personnel in providing dental services to the inmates. Dental <br />services provided shall be in accord with applicable Health <br />Department policy. <br />3. This agreement shall run for a period of one (1) year, from July 1, <br />1990 to June 30, 1991 and shall be renewable by written agreement <br />between the parties from year to year. <br />4. This agreement or its renewals may be terminated at any time without <br />penalty by either party provided that written notice of such <br />termination is furnished to the other party at least sixty (60) days <br />prior to termination. In the event of such termination, any <br />payments due shall be paid to The Health Department within sixty <br />(60) days of termination of this agreement. <br />5. The Health Department hereby agrees with The University that, in its <br />educational and /or employment practices, the Health Department will <br />comply.with such non - discrimination laws as may be applicable to it <br />in the performance of this contract. <br />6. While the North Carolina Memorial Hospital Oral Medicine House Staff <br />are on rotation at the Orange County Health Department, their <br />professional liability insurance coverage will be provided by the <br />Self- Insurance Program for Professional Liability of The North <br />Carolina Memorial Hospital and University of North Carolina School <br />of Medicine with coverage of at least $1 million. <br />
