Specific d'Aties and dates of service involved in fulfilling this <br />agreement may be negotiated between the Chief of Community Pediatrics, Dr. Frank <br />Loda, and the County Health Director, Mr. Jerry Robinson. <br />4. In the event the faculty from The University's Division of <br />Community Pediatrics are unable to provide the services required, an effort <br />will be made to provide a replacement from existing Pediatrics Department staff. <br />If such a replacement could not be found, this Agreement would be terminated <br />and payments under this Agreement would be prorated to the date of termination. <br />S. The Health Department will reimburse quarterly The University's <br />Department of Pediatrics at an annual rate of $8,000.00 for the faculty and <br />nurse practitioner salaries and fringe benefits. <br />6. This Agreement shall run for a period of 12 months, from the <br />1st day of July 1983 through the 30th day of June 1984 and shall be renewable <br />thereafter upon written notice executed by both parties. <br />7. This Agreement or its renewals may be terminated at any time <br />without penalty byeither party provided that written notice of such termination <br />is furnished to the other party at least 30 days prior to termination. In the <br />event of such termination any payment due shall be prorated- to the date of <br />termination. <br />8.
