I <br />COOPr-) ly at that time are completed. <br />6. make available all records, papers, vouchers, books, correspondence <br />or other documentation or evidence at all reasonable times for <br />review, inspection, or audit by duly authorized officials of the <br />Department, or State or Federal auditors. <br />7. to forward to the Purchaser documentation of compliance with the <br />Single Audit Act of 1984 (P.L. 98 -502) for the SFY 1990 -91 contract <br />Period within 120 days after receipt of the final payment under this <br />agreement. This documentation must be in accordance with CIRCULAR <br />NO. A -128 dated April 12, 1984, from the Office of Management and <br />Budget, Washington, D.C. <br />V_ COPYRIGHTS AND DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS: <br />The Grantee may copyright materials originated in the performance of this <br />agreement. The copyright not withstanding, the Department may use, <br />disclose, duplicate and distribute all materials delivered under this <br />agreement. The Grantee hereby grants to the Department a royalty -free, <br />nonexclusive and irrevocable license to publish, translate, reproduce, <br />deliver, perform, dispose of, and to authorize others to do so, all data, <br />reports, publications, studies, curricula or other materials originated in <br />the performance of this agreement. Such license shall be only to the extent <br />that the Grantee has the right to grant such license. The Grantee may not <br />market the products of this contract for profit. <br />
