Ditch banks and <br />bottoms shall be protected from erosion by <br />maintaining good vegetation. <br />3. Travelway: The travelway shall be maintained by <br />grading the surface material to fill any potholes <br />that develop and to evenly spread the surface <br />material where the soil has been uncovered because <br />of erosion. <br />4.
