Each year the <br />eligibility standards for the award become more <br />stringent. The Finance staff is to be commended for <br />their ability to consistently meet the high standards <br />reflected by this award. <br />RECOMMENDATION: To recognize Ken Chavious and his Finance staff for <br />their accomplishment in being awarded the GFOA <br />Certificate of Achievement for the year ending in <br />1989. <br />K <br />
