Upon delivery, the departmen- <br />should sign, date and surrender this agreement to Emergency One, Inc. or its <br />authorized dealer. Please note that the trucks will not be released to the <br />department without this signed Certificate and your S125.000.00.dotim2ayment <br />(payable to E@erggMX One, Inc.j. The date on the Acceptance Certificate is <br />the commencement date of the lease. <br />Finally, please have your attorney provide an opinion letter of substan- <br />tially the same form as the attached sample "Opinion of Lessee's Counsel. <br />This opinion must be on your attorney's letterhead. <br />Please return these completed forms to me as soon as possible. After we <br />receive the documents, properly completed, we can authorize delivery of the <br />trucks.
