Provide disaster relief services in accordance <br />with American Red Cross Regulations and <br />Procedures as described and detailed in the <br />current American Red Cross 3000 Series. <br />b. Provide support personnel in accordance with <br />current ARC 3000 Series. <br />C. Initiate disaster relief services based upon <br />verified need determined by Red Cross Survey/ <br />Damage Assessment Teams. <br />d.
