The <br /> County will purchase the easement using funds from Orange County. <br /> The property is comprised of two tax parcels: Orange County PIN 9855-40-3294 and <br /> Orange County PIN 9854-48-3394. We will provide you with a summary of the proposed <br /> conservation easement restrictions, including potential future additional residences. At <br /> present there is a residence on each parcel.
