Bicycle lanes and sidewalks shall be constructed along all internal <br /> roadways as well as the portion(s) of Old NC Highway 86 located <br /> within the Project. <br /> m. Four (4) bus pullouts and transit shelters shall be constructed to <br /> serve the Project consistent with transit plans adopted by Orange <br /> County and shall be developed in accordance with the following: <br /> i.
