This <br /> information shall be essential in evaluating the <br /> ability of installed infrastructure to meet current and <br /> future needs of the project. <br /> g. Information outlining opportunities for water and <br /> sewer extension to serve adjacent parcels. <br /> STAFF COMMENT: Bear in mind the <br /> ability to serve surrounding parcels is <br /> predicated on said parcels location within a <br /> primary service area as detailed within the <br /> Water and Sewer Management, Planning, <br /> and Boundary Agreement (WASMPBA), <br /> the County Comprehensive Plan, and the <br /> Orange County/Town of Hillsborough Joint <br /> Planning Land Use Plan. <br /> 7. Per Section 6.7.1 (B) (7) of the UDO you are required to submit a master <br /> signage plan. The narrative provides detail on anticipated sign standards <br /> and development limitations. Staff will continue to review the proposal <br /> and advise of any additional modifications. <br /> 8. Per Section 6.7.1 (B) (8) of the UDO you are required to submit a master <br /> architectural concept plan for the project outlining: <br /> i. Architectural themes for the project, <br /> ii.
