This will include <br /> the provision of a typical manhole construction <br /> detail. <br /> c. Anticipated stubout locations. <br /> d. All existing and anticipated utility line easements. <br /> e. Provide sufficient detail outlining how the project <br /> will comply with the Town of Hillsborough <br /> water/sewer utility line construction standards. <br /> f. Additional detail on expected build-out. This <br /> information shall be essential in evaluating the <br /> ability of installed infrastructure to meet current and <br /> future needs of the project. <br /> g. Information outlining opportunities for water and <br /> sewer extension to serve adjacent parcels. <br /> STAFF COMMENT: Bear in mind the <br /> ability to serve surrounding parcels is <br /> predicated on said parcels location within a <br /> primary service area as detailed within the <br /> Water and Sewer Management, Planning, <br /> and Boundary Agreement (WASMPBA), <br /> the County Comprehensive Plan, and the <br /> Orange County/Town of Hillsborough Joint <br /> Planning Land Use Plan. <br /> 7. Per Section 6.7.1 (B) (7) of the UDO you are required to submit a master <br /> signage plan. The narrative provides detail on anticipated sign standards <br /> and development limitations. Staff will continue to review the proposal <br /> and advise of any additional modifications. <br /> 8. Per Section 6.7.1 (B) (8) of the UDO you are required to submit a master <br /> architectural concept plan for the project outlining: <br /> i. Architectural themes for the project, <br /> ii. Acceptable building materials (i.e. siding, roofing, doors, trim, <br /> awnings, etc.), <br /> iii. Permitted color palettes (if any), and <br /> iv. Specific design requirements. <br /> While the narrative provides some of this detail, staff is recommending a <br /> new map Exhibit be created providing additional visual references to <br /> ensure compliance with applicable standards. <br /> 6 <br />
