38 <br /> Staff is requesting the following modifications to this exhibit: <br /> i. Denote the location of all utility lines (i.e. sewer, water, reclaimed <br /> water, stormwater management, electrical service, cable, <br /> telephone, etc.) on the map. <br /> As part of this modification please provide a key/legend detailing: <br /> a. Existing infrastructure in place, <br /> b. What infrastructure is expected to be constructed by <br /> Orange County/Town of Hillsborough, and <br /> c. New infrastructure serving the project. <br /> As part of this requirement, staff will need detailed <br /> information on proposed line types, sizes, <br /> anticipated construction, etc. <br /> ii. Denote the anticipated location of sidewalks to assist staff <br /> ascertain if there will be any conflicts with utility location. <br /> iii. The map will need to be modified to include the detailed design <br /> calculations for the project indicating that the proposed 12 inch <br /> utility line is sufficient for expected development and <br /> associated/estimated density for the project. <br /> iv. Include a note on Exhibit 2 indicating: `All onsite utilities shall be <br /> underground unless approved by the Board of County <br /> Commissioners'. <br /> v. Indicate connection points to various utility lines. <br /> vi. Denote the location of any anticipated/planned utility infrastructure <br /> (i.e. pump stations, etc.). Currently there is One (1) pump station <br /> denoted on the plan within the `Commercial' development area. <br /> With respect to this pump station please provide the following <br /> detail: <br /> a. Size and capacity of the station, <br /> b. Design calculations, <br /> c. Ability to serve associated/estimated density for the <br /> project. <br /> As an aside staff is concerned over the proposed pump stations <br /> proximity to an existing stream buffer and overhead power line <br /> easement. Additional detail concerning potential impacts and <br /> proposed mitigation options will need to be included on the revised <br /> Exhibit. <br /> vii. Please include the following information on the revised Exhibit: <br /> a. Provide detail on anticipated fire flow for the <br /> proposed utility lines with detail on how same will <br /> support the project. As a general reminder fire flow <br /> 5 <br />
