As a general reminder the timeline for the review of the project <br /> remains as follows: <br /> a. February/March 2017-Staff review and comment. <br /> b. March 27, 2017-Neighborhood Information Meeting (NIM). A NIM shall be held from <br /> 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on the aforementioned date allowing local property owners to ask <br /> the applicant questions and for staff to provide information on the process associated with <br /> the review of the project. <br /> Please note letters informing property owners within 1,000 feet of the project of the <br /> meeting date, time, and location will be sent by staff on March 8, 2017. Signs advertising <br /> the NIM shall be posted in the area on March 10, 2017. <br /> c. April 5, 2017-Planning Board meeting. <br /> d. May 22, 2017-Quarterly Public Hearing-BOCC review. <br /> In reviewing the submitted application package, staff would like to offer the following <br /> comments. <br /> I. GENERAL COMMENT(S): <br /> A. Compliance with Section 6.7.1 (B) of the UDO: In accordance with the <br /> aforementioned section staff is requesting the following modifications of the <br /> submitted application. <br /> 1. Section 6.7.1 (B) (1) of the UDO requires a map of the development site. <br /> The submitted map needs to be modified as follows: <br /> i. Label and identify the various `lines' on the submitted map(s). <br /> 2 <br />
