STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />I, Maury D. Klein, Secretary of The Orange County Industrial <br />Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority and keeper <br />of the official minutes thereof, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the <br />foregoing is a true copy of certain proceedings of the Board of <br />Commissioners of the Authority taken at a meeting held on <br />September _, 1990, and is a complete copy of so much of the <br />recorded minutes of said meeting as relates in any way to the <br />subject matter of the resolution hereinabove set forth and that <br />such resolution was duly adopted and remains in full force and <br />effect on the date hereof. <br />I DO HEREBY FURTHER CERTIFY that, at least forty -eight hours <br />before said meeting, I posted written notice thereof at the door <br />for the usual meeting room of the Authority and mailed or <br />delivered such notice to each person, newspaper, wireservice, <br />radio station and television station that had filed with it a <br />written request for notice pursuant to G.S. 143 - 318.12 and that, <br />pursuant to Article II of the Bylaws of the Authority, I gave all <br />members of the Authority written notice of said meeting not less <br />than twenty -four hours prior to _ `.M., September , 1990. <br />WITNESS my hand and the official seal of The Orange County <br />Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority, <br />this day of September, 1990. <br />(SEAL) <br />1.1 <br />Secretary <br />13 <br />
