EXTRACTS OF MINUTES <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, NORTH CAROLINA <br />The Board of Commissioners for the County of Orange, North <br />Carolina, met in regular session in the Courtroom of the Old <br />County Courthouse, Churton and Kings Street, Hillsborough, North <br />Carolina, at _ — —.m., September 4, 1990. <br />Present: Chairman <br />Commissioners <br />Absent: <br />Also present: <br />Commissioner <br />resolution: <br />Resolution # <br />presiding and <br />introduced the following <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE BY THE ORANGE COUNTY <br />INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND ,POLLUTION CONTROL FINANCING <br />AUTHORITY OF ITS INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS <br />(MEBANE PACKAGING CORPORATION PROJECT) SERIES 1990, IN THE <br />AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $5,200,000 TO FINANCE AN <br />INDUSTRIAL PROJECT FOR MEBANE PACKAGING CORPORATION <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Orange: <br />Section 1. The Board of Commissioners has determined and <br />does hereby declare as follows: <br />(a) The Board of Commissioners of The Orange County <br />Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing <br />Authority (the "Authority ") will meet on September , 1990, <br />and will take the following action in connection with the <br />proposed issuance and sale of the Authority's Industrial <br />Development Revenue Bonds (Mebane Packaging Corporation <br />Project) Series 1990, in the aggregate principal amount of <br />$5,200,000 (hereinafter sometimes called the "Bonds "): <br />(1) authorized the borrowing under and the <br />issuance and performance of the Authority's Industrial <br />Development Revenue Bonds (Mebane Packaging Corporation <br />Project) Series 1990, in the aggregate principal amount <br />2 <br />
