Ma <br />Please submit your response on the enclosed Form D -74B, Local <br />Review Response Form (you may reproduce additional copies, as <br />needed), along with a signed letter on official government <br />stationery from your government's Chief Executive or Highest <br />Elected Official. When identifying census blocks where you <br />suspect the postcensus counts are in error, you must also <br />provide the source and date of your local estimate. You have 15 <br />working days from the date you received the counts (excluding <br />Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays) to review them and <br />send your response to the Census office below: <br />Regional Census Center <br />ATTN: Judith Jeffries <br />3410 Saint Vardell Lane <br />Charlotte, NC 28217 <br />Adhering to this review time is important in order to provide us <br />the opportunity and time to address any discrepancies and, as <br />necessary, conduct field recanvassing. <br />The Census Bureau encourages you to participate in the 1990 Local <br />Review Program. We will use your response to determine if <br />corrections are required to our 1990 census counts. The Census <br />Bureau will notify you of the outcome of our review. Final and <br />official 1990 census data will be issued to the President on <br />December 31, 1990.
