Smith on a document <br />granting me a fifty feet right of way, <br />then a <br />letter <br />stating that they refused <br />to grant more than the existing thirty feet <br />right of <br />way(Plat <br />Book 37, page 56 Orange <br />County Registry). They will not sign any documents <br />presented to them for any <br />reason. There are no other avenues for me <br />to take <br />to get <br />these people to consider <br />signing anything. However I was granted a <br />fifty feet right <br />of way from land owner <br />Elizabeth Whellers Breedlove and I also will <br />grant a <br />fifty feet <br />right of way upon sub - division <br />of property. <br />Regards, <br />ichael C pbell <br />
