Partial Width Right -of -Way <br />(1) Michael Campbell <br />(3 Lots - Cheeks Township) <br />Presentation by Jane Garrett. <br />On August 6, 1990, Planning Staff approved a <br />Minor Subdivision Concept Plan for Michael <br />Campbell property. The subdivision is located <br />south of High Rock Road (SR 1340), approximately <br />1130 feet (.21 mile) east of Charlie's Dead End <br />(SR 1347). <br />The total lot size is thirteen (13) acres. The <br />applicant proposes to divide the property into <br />three (3) lots. An existing private road (30 <br />foot right -of -way) approximately 1000 feet in <br />length provides access to the lots. The required <br />road classification is Class H. <br />Reduction of the right -of -way from the required <br />fifty (50) feet to the existing thirty (30) feet <br />is needed due to the unwillingness of the owner <br />of Lots 15 and 67 to grant additional right -of- <br />way. <br />The partial width right -of -way of 30 feet is <br />requested from High Rock Road to the <br />northernmost property line of Lot 15H <br />
