After consideration of the evidence submitted by the <br />applicant concerning each of the factors listed above, <br />the Board may, in its discretion and for good cause <br />shown, grant the amendment to the phasing plan unless it <br />concludes that to do so would not maintain or promote, <br />in some specific manner, the general health, safety and <br />welfare. If the Board approves an amendment to the <br />phasing plan, it may require reasonable additional <br />conditions of approval of the unapproved final plat. <br />
