It is
sometimes necessary to distribute copies to the Recreation
and Parks Department, NC Department of Transportation, or
the Planning Department's Environmental Planner.
It is recommended that eight (8) copies of the plat be
submitted with the Final Plat application. This number
would be sufficient in most cases. Additional copies could
be requested if needed. The cost to the applicant of
supplying additional copies of the plat would not exceed
one (1) dollar per copy, according to two local surveyors.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Department recommends approval of the
proposed amendment.
