17'7 <br />1 The minimum lot size in zoned townships shall be <br />overned by the Orange Count Zonin Ordinance. <br />2 The minimum lot size in unzoned townshi s shall be <br />determined by the method of watersupply and wastewater <br />disposal. <br />a Lots served by individual sewage disposal systems <br />and private or -community wells shall contain at <br />least 40,000 square feet. <br />b Lots served by an individual sewa a dis osal system <br />and 2ublic water shall contain at least 30,000 <br />square feet. <br />c Lots served by ublic water and Rublic sewer shall <br />contain at least 15,000 square feet. <br />3 Any lot which provides an easement for individual septic <br />dis osal for use by a different lot shall contain the <br />minimum area re uired for that lot plus an additional <br />20,000 square feet to accommodate the se tic easement. <br />
