documentation of how the proposed construction will <br />access the existing sewage disposal system as well as <br />estimates for any increase in daily flow through the <br />system. Each application which will create additional <br />demand on-the system must be accompanied by an approval <br />letter from the Division of Environmental Management. <br />All supplementary information will be submitted to the <br />County Engineer for review to determine that the system <br />demand does not exceed 4000 gallons per day. No build- <br />ing permits will be approved for additions /renovations <br />which would increase sewage discharge over 4000 gallons <br />per day without prior approval from DEM and a revision <br />to the Special Use Permit. <br />4. The final site plan and supporting documentation for <br />the project, incorporating all changes, deletions, and <br />additions through the final approval of the project, <br />are to be incorporated herein and made a part of this <br />Planned Development Special Use Permit. Copies of the <br />final site plan and supporting documentation are to <br />remain on file in the Or County Planning and <br />Inspections Department. Any applicable permits, upon <br />application, will be issued after approval and <br />recordation of the Special Use Permit. <br />5.
