9'7 <br />The Board of Commissioners of Orange County approved a Class <br />A Special Use Permit on August 1990. The property subject <br />to this Special Use Permit is described above and as shown on <br />the Site Plan prepared by Phil Posdt and Associates, dated <br />8/7/89 and revised Carolina Friends School a modular <br />classroom on the site as indicated on the site plan. The <br />terms herein contained are binding on Carolina Friends School <br />and its successors in title and in interest until the earlier <br />of the expiration of this permit and any extension of its <br />expiration date, or until such time as this permit is <br />otherwise changed by governmental action. <br />The modular classroom shall be located in accordance with <br />the site plan dated August 7, 1989 and revised . The <br />conditions of approval of the Special Use Permit are as <br />follows: <br />1. The sewage . disposal system must at all times be <br />operated and maintained according the standards and <br />conditions set forth by the NC Division of Environmen- <br />tal Management in Permit WQ0002161 and as may be <br />amended in the future. <br />2.
