It is <br />my understanding that if our outflow is less than 3000 <br />gallons a day then we do not need a "Special Use Permit." <br />Clearly, looking at the date my highest .outflow was <br />bewtween 3/12/90 and 3113/90. On that day I recorded an <br />outflow of 2300 gallons. With 395 people on the campus that <br />works out to 58 gallons a day. <br />Our request for an additional twenty five students <br />would add an additional 146 gallons to our outflow. That <br />would make the highest outflow of 2446. <br />I hope that this letter helps to clarify the data and <br />support our contenton that a Special Use Permit is not <br />needed.
