Sinai. Road (SR 1718) <br />and west of Friends School Road (SR 1719) in northern <br />Chapel Hill Township. The property contains 32.94 <br />acres and is currently zoned Rural Buffer. It is also <br />designated Rural Buffer on the Joint Planning Area <br />Land Use Plan. The proposed zoning classification is <br />PD -RB, Planned Development - Rural Buffer. <br />Article 6.20.1 of the Zoning Ordinance prohibits in <br />the AR and Rural Buffer districts large ground <br />absorption systems for sanitary sewage disposal with a <br />design capacity of 3000 gallons per day or more except <br />as approved through a Special Use Permit or a Planned <br />Development district. The existing sewage disposal <br />system used by Carolina Friends School consists of a <br />
