Highway 86 North to McDade Store <br />Road, and south along Efland -Cedar Grove Road to Highland Farm Road; <br />then west from Cedar Grove Community along Carr Store Road to Carr <br />Community and eastward along N.C. Highway 49 to the Caswell County <br />line. Z -4 -90 Dorothy C. Bane <br />The property in question is located on the south side of U.S. <br />Highway 70 approximately 750 feet west of Mount Herman Church Road <br />(S.R. 1713). It is known as part of lot 35, Tax Map 26 of Eno Township. <br />The proposed zoning lot contains 2.00 acres and is part of a larger <br />260.75 acre tract. The current zoning of the property is R -1 Rural <br />Residential. The proposed zoning is I -1 Light Industrial. The property <br />is part of an area designated on the Land Use Plan as a Commercial - <br />Industrial Activity Node. <br />2. PD -3 -90 Carolina Friends School <br />A planned development is proposed on property located on the north <br />side of Mt. Sinai Road (S.R. 1718) and west of Carolina Friends School <br />Road (S.R. 1719). The property contains 32.94 acres, specifically <br />described as lot numbers 20A, 20B, and 26A of Tax Map 7 in Chapel Hill <br />Township. The property is currently zoned RB - Rural Buffer.
