Contractural stipulation will allow <br />the county more flexibility than last year and the <br />contracted rate of payment is increased from $7,000 per <br />month to $9,000 per month. <br />BACKGROUND: This contract was entered into this past fiscal year. <br />Prior to that time, the contract was between UNC <br />Hospital and South Orange Rescue Squad. This <br />contract has proven beneficial to both UNC Hospital <br />and the County. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): To approve the contract as submitted. <br />
