These will be inserted into the Ordinance Book <br />located in the Clerk's Office and are hereby made a part of these <br />minutes by reference. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded <br />Y <br />Commissioner Halkiotis to approve the Administration's recommendation. VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />G. PURCHASE OF DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS - STUDY GROUP PROPOSAL <br />The Administration recommends that the Agricultural District s <br />Advisory Board be charged with the responsibility of developing a <br />proposal for a Purchase of Development Rights Program. There are only <br />three members of the present Board that want to be reappointed to serve <br />on this new committee. Marvin Collins provided a list of candidates for <br />membership on this committee. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Willhoit, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hartwell to charge the Agricultural Districts Advisor <br />Board with developing a Purchase of Development Rights proposal in <br />conjunction with the staffs of the Soil Conservation Service, <br />Agricultural Extension Service, Agricultural Stabilization an <br />Conservation Service, and Planning & Inspections Department. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />Appointments to this committee will be considered at the <br />regular meeting. <br />Xi. APPOINTMENTS <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION - Mr-Edward G. Siebert wa <br />appointed to an "AT LARGE" position. <br />XII. MINUTES <br />The Minutes for January 18 and April 10 were delayed for Furth <br />clarification. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded <br />Commissioner Marshall to approve the minutes for May 15, 1990 <br />circulated. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />
