He further stated <br />that the only thing mentioned about the Lottie Mayse property <br />was that it was next door to the Delbert Mayse property. <br />Mr. Lloyd also pointed out that the Bennett property had been <br />initially reduced because of evidence that was considered at <br />face value, but when the appeals of the other similar <br />properties were filed, further review indicated an adjustment <br />was warranted to increase the value to its,:current appraisal. <br />Mr. Barrett then reviewed with Mr. Waldon some of the <br />implications of the Land -Use Plan concerning development of <br />areas with steep slopes. Mr. Barrett closed by pointing out <br />that he had given the Board evidence on value for these <br />properties as indicated in his document to the Board. The Board voted all in favor of accepting the <br />motion. <br />
