19. Management_ information Svs-em 'MIS) Requirements. All program performance and financial reports must confor to the requirements of the Concerned Funding Agency' automated Management Information System (MIS). The Agenc will be required to participate in the automated MIS b supplying the necessary and required input data. The Agenc will also be required to participate in appropriate trainin workshops by the Concerned Funding Agency or the COG. Failure to comply with the report requirements may rwsult i either withholding of funds or ::ossibl suspension/termination of the contract. Agencies ar required to participate in the,;' MIS user's fee. The fe shall apply to each of the unit generating - service specified in the Scope of Services and shall be based upo the following formula: Estimated unduplicated persons X rate of $.25 X Contractua Months = fee A proportionate share of this fee shall be transmitted the COG quarterly. 20. Data to be Furnished A encv. All information, data reports, records and maps which are existing, readil available and reasonably necessary, as determined by COG fzr the performance by the Agency of the work and serrice required by this Contract shall be furnished to the Agenc without charge by COG. COG, its agents and employees, shal fully cooperate with the Agency in the performance of th Agency's duties under this Contract. 21. icrhts in Documents, Materials and Data Produced. Agenc agrees that all reports, drawings, studies, specifications, estimates, maps, computations and other data prepared by oz for it under the terms of this contract shall be delivere to, become and remain, the property of COG and the Agenc shall have the right to use same without restriction o limitation and without compensation to the other. For th purposes of this Contract, "data" includes writings, soun recordings, or other graphic representations, and works of z similar nature. No reports, maps or other documents produced in whole or part under this contract shall be the subject of an application for copyright by or on behalf of the Agency or its subcontractors. The work to be performe under this Contract may be subject to certain regulations issued by the Concerned Funding Agency. Informatior regarding these relevant regulations may be obtained upor written request to COG. This Contract does not provide for the development of systems analysis products, models, electronic data processing systems, software and relat c services. Any development of such methods, materials, logic and systems shall be paid for by the Agency from funds not allocated to this Contract as local support and shall be t E property of the Agency.
