8801C,� <br />(d) No later than fourteen (14) calendar days after <br />any date or time identified for accomplishment of <br />any activity listed in 3(b) above, submit to the <br />Division Director and the Raleigh Regional Office <br />written notice of compliance or noncompliance <br />therewith. In the case of noncompliance, the <br />notice shall include a statement of the reason(s) <br />for noncompliance, remedial action(s) taken, and a <br />statement identifying the extent to which <br />subsequent dates or times for accomplishment of <br />listed activities may be affected. <br />(e) Within thirty (30) days of issuance of this Order, <br />the Permittee shall have all septic tan }:s at <br />Cardens Mobile Home wastewater Treatment Plant <br />pumped. The Permittee shall, within fifteen (15) <br />days of pumping the tanks, forward a copy of a <br />receipt from a licensed septage hauler in�icating <br />amount of wastewater pumped, date, and site of <br />disposal to, Regional Water Quality Supervisor, <br />Division of Environmental Management, 3800 Barrett <br />Drive, Raleigh, NC 27609. _ <br />(f) Within fourteen (14)'days of receipt of <br />encroachment agreement(s) for the outfall line , <br />which will move the discharge to the proposed <br />location on Stoney Creek, provide written <br />notification to Arthur Mouberry, Regional <br />Supervisor, Raleigh Regional O«ice, Division or <br />Environmental Management, 3800 Earrett Drive, Raleigh ?�- <br />27609. <br />4. The Permittee agrees that unless excused under <br />paragraph 5, the Permittee will pay the Commission <br />according to the following schedule for failure to meet <br />the deadlines set out in paragraph 2, 3 or failure to <br />attain effluent limitations contained in and monitor in <br />accordance with Attachment A: <br />Deadlines and Requirements Stipulated Penalty <br />(a) Submission of application $2000.00 <br />for an Authorization to <br />construct with relevant <br />specifications and supporting <br />documents in accordance with <br />.paragraph 3(b)(1).
