Provide District Conservationist to serve as department <br />head if appointed by the District Board. <br />WHAT THE COUNTY WILL DO: <br />' <br />1, The County will provide fiscal services for the District <br />that complies with the Local Government Budget and Fiscal <br />Control Act and any other applicable laws and/or <br />regulations. <br />2. The County will assist the District with the budget <br />process and financial administration. <br />3. The County will provide/maintain adequate files for <br />accounting records of the District and provide,"nnth|y <br />budget reports for District review. <br />4. The County will include the District in its annual <br />compliance audits and will provide copies of applicable <br />sections of each audit report for District review. <br />5.
