arise by reason of the installation, maintenance and operation of <br />the outfall line and to provide for, at his expense, the defense <br />of County, its agents and employees in the case of any such claim. <br />8. Williams, his successors and assigns, shall maintain a <br />policy or policies of liability insurance, naming County, its <br />agents and employees as additional insureds, with limits and <br />deductibles as prescribed by County from time to time which <br />insurance policy(ies) shall provide coverage for the indemnity <br />provisions contained in paragraph 7 of this Agreement. Williams, <br />his successors and assigns, shall provide County with a certificate <br />of coverage from the insurance provider(s). County shall be <br />provided at least thirty (30) days written notice of cancellation <br />of the policy(ies). The certificate of coverage shall so provide <br />in the cancellation clause. Williams, his successors and assigns, <br />shall provide County with a copy of the policy(ies) and the <br />certificates(s). <br />9. The obligations of Williams, his successors and assigns, <br />contained in this Agreement are hereby secured by a lien on the <br />property whereon Cardens is located which property is described as <br />follows: <br />All that certain lot or parcel of land situated in Eno <br />Township, Orange County, North Carolina and more particularly <br />described in the deed from Linda F.
