according to the terms and conditions of the directive of <br />N.C.D.O.T., the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission <br />or other governmental body or agency directing the line movement <br />or removal. <br />4. Williams, his successors and assigns, shall respond and <br />remedy as soon as practical, and within 48 hours of notification <br />from any source of any breaks or blockage of or any other <br />functional problem to the outfall line. Immediately upon receiving <br />notification of a line break, line blockage or other functional <br />problem with the outfall line, Williams, his successors and <br />assigns, shall notify the Orange County Engineer of the reported <br />problem. <br />5. Williams, his successors and assigns, shall promptly make <br />all repairs to the outfall line deemed necessary by and directed <br />by N.C.D.O.T., the North Carolina Environmental Management <br />Commission or other governmental body or agency with jurisdiction <br />over the wastewater system or the outfall line. Immediately upon <br />receiving a directive for repairs as stated in this paragraph, <br />Williams, his successors and assigns, shall notify the Orange <br />County Engineer of the directive. <br />6. Williams, his successors and assigns, shall, upon the <br />installation of the outfall line, notify ULOCO of its location and, <br />thereafter, any changes in its location. <br />7. William, his successors and assigns, shall indemnify <br />County, its agents and employees, against any and all damages and <br />claims for damages by any person or governmental agency that may <br />M <br />
