They, therefore, enter into this Memorandum of Understanding as the foundation for an enduring cooperative working agreement. Under the terms of the Soil Conservation Act of 1935 and other Acts, the Soil Conservation Service is authorized to cooperate with and to furnish assistance to the District for conservation and resource development work.
