One was signed in 1981 <br />and another one is 1987. This Memorandum of Understanding include the <br />fallowing changes: <br />WHAT THE DISTRICT WILL DO <br />(1) Items 1, 2, 3, 6 & 7 are renumbered 1, 2, 3, 5, & 6 <br />(2) Item 4 has been revised <br />(3) Item 5 has been omitted <br />(4) Items 7 and 8 are additions <br />WHAT THE COUNTY WILL DO <br />(1) Because of the local Budget Fiscal Act, the Department is now <br />operating fully under the County Finance Department. <br />WHAT THE SERVICE WILL DO <br />(1) Items 1 through 6 are unchanged <br />(2) Item 7 is an addition <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): <br />Approve and authorize the Chair to sign. <br />
