14 <br />Sec. 5. violations: <br />(a) A violation of this Ordinance shall constitute a <br />misdemeanor, as provided in Section 14 -4 of the North <br />Carolina General Statutes. <br />(b) Any person who shall violate a provision of this <br />Ordinance, or any rule validly promulgated by the <br />Director, and shall refuse upon request to remedy said <br />violation, may be requested to leave the recreational <br />premises. <br />(c) The provisions of this Ordinance may be enforced by <br />any available equitable remedy, including injunction and <br />order of abatement, as provided in Section 153A -123 of <br />the North Carolina General Statutes. <br />Sec. 6. Enforcement: The provisions of this Ordinance may be <br />enforced by the Orange County Sheriff's Department, the <br />Director or any other person duly authorized by the County <br />Manager. <br />Sec. 7. Waste Receptacles on Recreational Premises: Waste <br />receptacles on recreational premises shall be used by <br />users of recreational premises only, and shall only be <br />used for disposal of waste generated on recreational <br />premises.
