Ill <br />Sec. 17. Hitting Golf Balls: Except at recreational premises which <br />are specifically designated as golf courses or golf <br />practice driving ranges, hitting golf balls is prohibited <br />on recreational premises. <br />Sec. 18. Commercial Activity: <br />(a) For purposes of this section, commercial activity <br />shall include, but not be limited to, the sale or <br />attempted sale or advertisement for sale of any goods or <br />services. <br />(b) Except as indicated in subsection (c), no person may <br />engage in commercial activity on recreational premises. <br />(c) The provisions of subsection (b) shall not apply to <br />county - sponsored activities or ocher events specifically <br />authorized by the County Manager. <br />Sec. 19. Conduct on Recreational Premises Generally: In addition <br />to the other provisions of this Ordinance, no person on <br />recreational premises shall engage in: <br />(a) any conduct in violation of state law or county <br />ordinance or policy; <br />(b) any conduct that tends to threaten the health or <br />safety of, or to disrupt or diminish the use by other <br />lawful occupants of recreational premises.
