Swimming: Except in specially- designated areas, swimming <br />is prohibited on recreational premises. <br />Sec. 9. Horseback ridgy: Except in specially- designated areas, <br />horseback riding is prohibited on recreational premises. <br />Sec. 10. weapons: <br />(a) No person shall display, carry, possess, use or in <br />the case of firearms discharge any dangerous weapon on <br />recreational premises. For purposes of this Section, the <br />term "dangerous weapon" shall include, but not be limited <br />to, a bowie knife, dagger, sling shot, loaded cane, <br />metallic knuckles, razor, stun gun, pistol, rifle, gun or <br />any other weapon of like kind. <br />(b) This section shall not apply to: <br />(1) law enforcement officers authorized by law to <br />carry weapons; <br />(2) a person engaged in, or on the way to or from, <br />a Department- or County- sponsored activity in which <br />he or she legitimately uses or used the weapon. <br />7 <br />
