5 <br />including malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified <br />wine, spirituous liquor and mixed beverages. <br />(b) With the express, prior written consent of the County <br />Manager, alcoholic beverages may be possessed, consumed <br />and sold on recreational premises. Such consent may be <br />granted in the following circumstances: <br />(1) sports tournaments sponsored by the County and <br />the Department; <br />(2) other spectator sports events sponsored by the <br />County and the Department; <br />(3) other county- sponsored events. <br />Sec. 3. Noise: <br />(a) It shall be unlawful for any person using any <br />recreational premises to make or cause to be made any <br />loud, disturbing or unnecessary noises. <br />(b) The following are, for the purpose of this Ordinance, <br />loud, disturbing or unnecessary noises: <br />(1) loud or boisterous language; <br />(2) profane, vulgar, lewd or obscene language or <br />language which would ordinarily abuse the hearer <br />which can be and is heard by persons other than the <br />4 <br />
