19. Management Information System (MIS) Requirements. All program performance and financial reports must conform to the requirements of the Concerned Funding Agency's automated Management Information System (MIS). The Agency will be required to participate in the automated MIS by supplying the necessary and required input data. The Agency will also be required to participate in appropriate training workshops by the Concerned Funding Agency or the COG. Failure to comply with the report requirements may result in either withholding of funds or possible suspension /termination of the contract. Agencies are required to participate in the MIS user's fee. The fee shall apply to each of the unit generating services specified in the Scope of Services and shall be based upon the following formula: Estimated unduplicated persons X rate of $.25 X Contractual Months = fee A proportionate share of this fee shall be transmitted to the COG quarterly. 20. Data _to „be Furnished Agency. All information, data, reports, records and maps which are existing, readily available and reasonably necessary, as determined by COG, for the performance by the Agency of the work and services required by this Contract shall be furnished to the Agency without charge by COG. COG, its agents and employees, shall fully cooperate with the Agency in the performance of the Agency's duties under this Contract. 21. Rights in Documents Materials and Data Produced. Agency agrees that all reports, drawings, studies, specifications, estimates, maps, computations and other data prepared by or for it under the terms of this contract shall be delivered to, become and remain, the property of COG and the Agency shall have the right to use same without restriction or limitation and without compensation to the other. For the purposes of this Contract, "data" includes writings, sound recordings, or other graphic representations, and works of a similar nature. No reports, maps or other documents produced in whole or part under this contract shall be the subject of an application for copyright by or on behalf of the Agency or its subcontractors. The work to be performed under this Contract may be subject to certain regulations issued by the Concerned Funding Agency. Information regarding these relevant regulations may be obtained upon written request to COG. This Contract does not provide for the development of systems analysis products, models, electronic data processing systems, software and related services. Any development of such methods, materials, logic and systems shall be paid for by the Agency from funds not allocated to this Contract as local support and shall be the property of the Agency.
