4 <br />(1) motor vehicles driven by law enforcement <br />officers, <br />(2) emergency vehicles, <br />(3) Orange County Recreation and Parks Department <br />staff and volunteers acting on behalf of and <br />performing duties required by the Department, <br />(4) persons performing 'maintenance work on <br />recreational premises, provided that they are acting <br />within the scope of their employment. <br />Sec. 1.1. Bicycling: Except in specially- designated areas, <br />bicycling is prohibited on recreational premises. <br />Sec. 1.2. Motorized Model Airplanes: Except in specially- <br />designated areas, motorized model airplanes are <br />prohibited on recreational premises. <br />Sec. 1.3 Skateboards: Except in specially - designated areas, <br />skateboards are prohibited on recreational premises. <br />Sec. 2. Alcoholic Beverages: <br />(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), possession or <br />consumption of alcoholic beverages on recreational <br />premises is prohibited.
