a <br />3 <br />Article II <br />USE OF AND CONDUCT ON RECREATIONAL PREMISES <br />Sec. 1. Operation of Motor Vehicles: <br />(a) Except on roadways especially laid out and developed <br />to carry motorized vehicles into recreational premises, <br />the operation of all motorized vehicles, including but not <br />limited to automobiles, motorcycles and mini - bikes, shall <br />be unlawful. Where operation of motor vehicles is <br />permitted, vehicles shall be operated only by persons <br />licensed to drive and possessing valid motor vehicle <br />operator's licenses. <br />(b) The speed limit on properly - designated roadways shall <br />be ten (10) miles per hour unless otherwise posted. <br />(c) Parking of motor vehicles shall be in designated <br />parking areas only. No vehicle shall be parked on <br />recreational premises for washing, waxing or repair. No <br />vehicle shall be parked within the boundaries of any <br />recreational premises overnight. Any vehicle parked not <br />in accordance with this section may be towed at the <br />vehicle owner's expense by an agent of Orange County to <br />a storage area or garage. The owner of a towed vehicle <br />may reclaim the vehicle upon payment to Orange County of <br />all reasonable costs incidental to the removal and storage <br />of the vehicle. <br />(d) The provisions in this section shall not apply to <br />2 <br />
