EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hartwell to go into Executive Session to discuss land <br />acquisition and litigation. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Marshall, seconded by <br />Commissioner Willhoit to return to regular session of the Board. <br />XIV. ADJOURNMENT <br />With no other items for consideration, Chairman Carey adjourned <br />the meeting.
