12. Each mobile home space shall have a permanent site 4 <br />number sign. The number shall.be composed of <br />reflective materials or contrasting colors, shall be <br />at least six (6) inches or greater in height, and <br />shall be affixed to the mobile home at a point six (6) <br />feet or,more above ground level. The number shall be <br />affixed to the mobile home when the unit is placed on <br />the space and shall match that number assigned to the <br />space on the approved space numbering /location system <br />plan. <br />13. Removal of snow and ice from the roads in the <br />development and the sidewalks within the development <br />shall be the responsibility of the owner of the park. <br />Such removal shall be completed promptly. <br />14. Prior to the start of any construction, the final <br />plans for the water system must be approved by the <br />Town of Hillsborough, the State and the Orange County <br />Engineer. The final plans for the sewage system must <br />also be approved by the Town of Hillsborough, the <br />State and the Orange County Engineer prior to the <br />start of construction. <br />15. Water and sewer lines shall be installed and approved <br />prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit. <br />16. The project must remain in unitary ownership and no <br />lots can be sold to individuals. <br />17. A final boundary survey of the Planned Development and <br />improvements shall be recorded by the developer. <br />18. The final site plan and narrative of the project <br />incorporating all changes, deletions and additions <br />through the final approval of the project are <br />incorporated herein and made a part of this Planned <br />Development Special Use Permit. A copy of the final <br />site plan and narrative are on file with the Orange <br />County Planning Department. Grading and building <br />permits, upon application, will be issued after <br />approval and recordation of the Special Use Permit. <br />19. The development shall be built and operated according <br />to the site plan and written narrative supplied by the <br />developer and in compliance with the above conditions. <br />RECOMM MATION: The Administration recommends approval as per the <br />Planning Board recommendation. <br />
