The recommendations <br />embodied in the final report represent the first phase <br />of the action plan. Staff and the poverty F <br />Program Committee solicit Board review and comments on an action plan is developed tc <br />the final report before <br />address the recommendations. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Refer the Poverty Forum recommendations to these maces <br />Services Advisory Commission (HSAC) on <br />Management Team (HSMT). Request the HSAC and HSMT to <br />jointly ng appropriate <br />the most <br />addressing methods to <br />the Board for consideration. <br />
