The schedule must show the date, time and place of <br />each meeting. <br />The meeting schedule is usually submitted for approval the first meeting <br />in December. Because the Report to the People is expected to be <br />distributed the last of September, this calendar is being presented for <br />consideration of approval at this time so that it can be included in that <br />report. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve the meeting schedule for calendar year 1991 as <br />presented. <br />
