A community alternativ <br />20 system, including a community alternative septic system, is designed to convey <br />21 effluent to surface waters, the land surface or the soil subsurface via direct <br />22 discharge, spray irrigation, overland flow or nitrification lines. <br />23 6.25.7 (2nd para. /underlined) <br />24 Notwithstanding the above provisions, water supply and sewage treatment systems <br />25 shall be limited to individual wells and on -site septic tank systems or individual <br />26 on -site alternative disposal systems. "On- site" shall mean that no new treatment <br />27 system will be permitted where effluent disposal occurs on a separate lot from the <br />28 source of wastewater generation.
