Prior to the September 5 <br />amendment, four lots could be created from a lot -of- <br />record. <br />Revision to the definition of "subdivision, minor" in <br />Section II of the Subdivision Regulations was overlooked <br />at that time. The proposed amendment will provide <br />consistency between Section II (Definitions) and Section <br />III -B (Classification of Subdivisions). <br />The amendment was presented for public hearing on May 29, <br />1990. There were no comments. The Planning Board <br />considered the proposed amendment on June 18, 1990 and <br />recommended approval. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the proposed <br />amendment. <br />
