0 <br />decision regarding the classification of a proposed <br />subdivision. <br />Another purpose of this amendment is to correct an <br />error in the text regarding approval of final plats <br />for major subdivisions. In Sections III -D -4 and ITT -D- <br />2e, "Planning Board" should be changed to "Planning <br />Department." <br />The proposed amendments were presented at public <br />hearing on May 29, 1990. No citizen comments were <br />received at that time. <br />On June 18, 1990, the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the amendments to Section III of the Sub- <br />division Regulations. <br />RLCOMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval as per the <br />Planning Board's recommendation. <br />
