The proposed amendments include a time <br />limit on appeals of minor subdivisions, as well as <br />major subdivision concept plans and final plats. <br />BACKGROUND: Section III of the Subdivision Regulations contains <br />approval and appeal procedures for major and minor <br />subdivisions. Currently, the provisions do not <br />specify a time period within which decisions of the <br />Planning Board or Planning Department may be appealed. <br />A time limit on appeals is desirable since regulations <br />and policies affecting an application, and site <br />conditions may change periodically. The Planning Staff <br />recommends a time limit of thirty (30) days to be <br />consistent with the time limits for appeals set forth <br />in the Zoning Ordinance. In addition, Section III -B -1 <br />of the Subdivision Regulations contains a 30 -day time <br />limit for an appeal of the Planning Department's <br />
